Q. I have installed a Digital Persona finger print scanner on my system but the Nabteb Biometric Registration Application could not recognize it.

Q. What is a PIN?

 
A. The PIN stands for Personal Identification Number. In NABTEB Online Registration, it is a unique 10-digit or 12-digit number that is required to access the service. The PIN is found on a valid NABTEB Scratch card and is revealed when cover patch on the reverse side of the card is carefully scratched off. The PIN will be used along side SERIAL No to register candidates  
 

Q. Where can I buy a Scratch card?

 
A. A Scratch card may be purchased at the National Office of NABTEB and at any of its zonal and branch offices across Nigeria. From time to time it may become available at any other NABTEB designated outlets.  
 

Q. How many candidate can use 1 (one) scratch card?

 
A. A Scratch card is to be used by one candidate only.  
 

Q. How many times can I edit my registration?

 
A. You can edit your registration up to a maximum of 3 (three) times. .  
 

Q. How do I reprint my Photocard?

 
A. Click on the REPRINT PHOTOCARD to print Photocard .  
 

Q. How can I change my Passport photograph?

 
A. Once the candidate Photograph has been captured using NABTEB Biometric application. You cannot change it again. Only authorised NABTEB Administrator is allowed to make the changes .
